How do these memberships work?

Simply sign-up in person by providing a credit/debit card and you're done. We provide you with a barcoded window sticker that we will apply to your vehicle. All you have to do is sit back relax and enjoy your shiny clean vehicle, oh that CLEAN CAR FEELING!! You can wash that vehicle as often as you like for 30 days at which time our system will auto-renew the membership and charge the card you provided and you're off and washing for another 30 days.

You can cancel your membership at any time, we just ask that you give us 5 days prior notice to your next charge date. This can be done in person or by visiting our Contact Us Page

No problem, if you can, either write down or better yet, snap a picture with your phone of the number below the barcode on the window sticker we provide and then stop in with the new vehicle and let us know so we can get you a new barcoded window sticker for the new vehicle and update your account accordingly with the new vehicle.

  • The Monthly Unlimited Car Wash Membership is tied to one car only. Your barcode will be linked to your vehicle's make, model, color, and license plate. We ask that you affix the barcode to your vehicle where it is visible. If you are unwilling to apply your sticker to the vehicle, you may be denied service if the vehicle and barcode do not match at time of service.
  • We are unable to accept copies, pictures, or anything other than the original barcode sticker itself.
  • Family Plan Monthly Unlimited Car Wash Memberships are available in 2, 3, and 4 vehicle options only. All vehicles must be on the SAME level wash membership plan and billed to the same credit card. All vehicles will be required to affix a barcode to the vehicle matched by make, model, color, and license plate.
  • To join you must complete all information on the signup form. You must provide a form of contact (valid email or phone number) for billing or other account related concerns. We prefer to have both methods of contact and the information will not be sold or used for spam.
  • The Monthly Unlimited Membership automatically renews monthly. In the event that we are unable to charge your credit card for any reason, your membership will be suspended until a new credit card is provided.
  • Your credit card will be billed automatically each month. You will typically be billed on the same date corresponding to your start date pending any holidays or other unforeseeable events.
  • There are no refunds, credits or adjustments for days or times we are temporarily closed due to inclement weather, maintenance repairs, equipment failure, holidays, or for any other reason.
  • This program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or any other programs including our Wash Me VIP customer loyalty program. We reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel any member at any time.
  • Any pricing changes will be provided with a 30-45 day notice.
  • Cancellation Requests: If you would like to cancel your membership, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle. You may request cancellation in person or by filling out our membership inquiry form online. We cannot accept over the phone cancellations. Partial months will not be refunded or pro-rated, so you may continue to wash your vehicle(s) until the last day of your paid cycle.
