We are Buckeye Super Wash, located in Medina, Ohio. We have no affiliation with any other car wash. If you are contacting the correct car wash, please confirm and continue.
Per the membership agreement, cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before your next auto-charge to ensure processing is stopped. If a request is made less than 5 days prior and your membership renews, it will remain active through the following month, at which time auto-charges will stop. We process requests as quickly as possible and will send a confirmation email once it is processed.
This can be found on the barcode attached to your vehicle.
