Terms & Conditions of Service

Monthly Unlimited Membership

  • Your credit card will be automatically charged every 30 days until it is cancelled by user or terminated by the system. No prior notification of such charges will be provided.
  • We provide a barcoded sticker which has your specific membership number listed below it and is linked to a specific vehicle. It is required to be affixed to vehicle window where visible for scanning/validation by one our crew members. Not doing so may subject you to being questioned, denied service or possible cancellation.
  • Memberships are specific to and valid for one (1) registered vehicle only.
  • Although not guaranteed, you will typically be billed on the same date corresponding 30 days from your start date pending any holidays or other unforeseeable events.
  • In the event that we are unable to charge your credit card for any reason, your membership will be suspended until a new credit card is provided. The same barcode window sticker can be used.
  • Cancellation MUST be received AT LEAST 5 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged. Partial months will not be refunded or pro-rated, so you may continue to wash your vehicle(s) until the last day of your paid cycle.
  • You may request a cancellation form in person or by filling out our membership inquiry form online(Please have membership# available, this can be found below barcode on the provided window sticker). For security purposes, we cannot accept over the phone cancellations.
  • No refunds, credits, proration, adjustments will be made, including for times we are closed due to inclement weather, maintenance, repairs, equipment failure, holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of pricing or package changes, a minimum of a 30 day notice will be provided.
  • We are unable to act copies, pictures, or anything other than the original barcode sticker itself.
  • Family Plan Monthly Unlimited Car Wash Memberships are available in 2, 3, and 4 vehicle options. All vehicles must be on the SAME level membership plan and billed to the same credit card.
  • To join you must complete all information on the sign-up form. You must provide a form of contact (valid email or phone number) for billing or other account related concerns. We prefer to have both methods of contact and the information will not be sold or used for spam.
  • This program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or any other programs including our Wash Me VIP customer loyalty program.

Wash Me VIP Program

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent not including tax, must present loyalty # at time of service, you can link multiple cars to one account, but you must let us know.
  • We are unable to accept copies, pictures, or anything other than the original barcode sticker we provided.
  • You must complete all information on the signup form and provide a form of contact (valid email or phone#) for account related concerns. We prefer both and the information will not be sold or used for spam.
  • The Wash Me VIP program cannot be combined with Monthly Unlimited Car Wash Membership.
  • Point redemption can only be used once you achieve a minimum of 100 points. These points are not redeemable for cash value, only services. May not be combined with any other promotions or offers.
  • There are no partial point credits or adjustments and they are non-transferrable.
  • We will add existing punch cards to your account at 10 points per punch.
  • You are not required to sign up for the new program, however, we will no longer be honoring our punch cards.
  • If you get a new vehicle there is no need to worry about the old barcode, simply stop in and we will provide you with a new barcode sticker and update your account accordingly.

General

  • We are not responsible for any non-factory installed accessories
  • We are not responsible for any damage to vehicle rims, tires, paint, windows or loose vehicle parts due to wear and tear, owner negligence or out of standard vehicle manufacturers warranty.
  • Pick-up truck beds must be free and clear of  any debris and objects
