Terms & Conditions of Service

MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS:

30 Day Monthly Auto-Charge: Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged every 30 days (pending holidays etc.) based on signup date until it is cancelled by user or terminated by the system. No prior notification of such charges will be sent.  In the event the auto-charge to your card on file does not process, your membership will be placed in a hold status until payment is processed.

Membership is linked to 1 specific vehicle: It will be linked by a window tag and/or license plate, this is required for validation. No copies or pictures. Vehicle swaps are not permitted.

Discontinuing your membership - Options/Timelines: (anytime, no fees or “catches”)

  • In Person at our site or via your online customer account: Instant
  • Website Contact Form: MUST be done AT LEAST 5 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged. You may fill out our membership inquiry forms  online (Please have membership# available, this can be found below barcode on the provided window sticker). For security purposes, we cannot accept over-the-phone cancellations.  If you miss this timeline, we will process your request, but it won’t take effect until your next billing date, so you can continue to use your membership until then.

Refunds: No refunds, credits, proration, adjustments will be made in general for any unused days as well as and including for times we are closed due to inclement weather, maintenance, repairs, equipment failure, holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Upgrades/Downgrades: Will be effective immediately and no prorating/adjustments will be made, we recommend making these changes as close to your billing date as possible.

Family Plan/Multi-Vehicle Plans: Must all be under same customer & billed to the same credit card on file. Any vehicles added will be at the current discount level offered and will be on their own 30-day billing cycle, independent of your other vehicles, unless you sign them up on the same day.

Sign-Up: Complete all information on the sign-up form. At a minimum, a CELL phone number will be required for verification, online account setup & billing related concerns. We prefer to have 2 methods of contact(email), and all information will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

Vehicle Changes/Updates: If you get a new vehicle, please stop in and we can update your account with the new vehicle without any disruptions in service. A good practice if you have a window tag is to take a picture of it.

This program cannot be combined with any other long-term promotions, discounts, coupons including our Wash Me VIP customer loyalty program. Other Restrictions may apply.

In the event of pricing or package changes, a minimum 30-day notice will be provided.

WASH ME VIP LOYALTY PROGRAM:

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent not including tax, must present loyalty # or vehicle must be added/on your account at time of service

The Wash Me VIP program cannot be combined or used with or towards a Monthly Unlimited Car Wash Membership.

Point redemption can only be used once you achieve a minimum of 100 points. These points are not redeemable for cash value, only services. May not be combined with any other promotions or offers.

There are no partial point credits or adjustments, and they are non-transferrable.

GENERAL:

Disclaimers: Although our car wash process is very safe, we understand accidents can happen and we will take full responsibility for at fault incidents, however, please note the following:

We must be informed ASAP and no later than the same day with proof of purchase.

Not responsible for any of the following:

  • ALL non-factory installed accessories (aftermarket items of any kind)
  • Pre-existing conditions, paint defects or neglect
  • Vehicles outside of factory warranty
  • Any loose items (trim, wipers, mirrors, rails etc..)
  • Antennas of any kind, including “Fin Style”
  • Automatic windshield wipers left on
  • Mirrors, running boards & antennas not folded/retracted
  • Driver negligence onsite or not following vehicle owner’s manual
  • Pick-up truck beds must be free and clear of any debris and objects, and any damage/injury caused from this neglect will be the sole responsibility of the driver. We reserve the right to deny service

Vehicle Restrictions: We can accommodate vehicles that meet the following criteria:

  • Single axle tires 13 3/4" wide or LESS
  • Overall vehicle height of 7' 3" or LESS
  • Outside wheelbase 7' or LESS
  • Mirror to Mirror width of 8' or LESS at standard vehicle heights

Ground clearance of 4" or MORE

While we do our best to monitor this, if at anytime you are unsure, please ask. Any damage caused due to this oversight will be the sole responsibility of the driver.
